Submit a Support Request
If you need personal assistance click 'Get Support' on the Help menu within NEO. During the first 3 months after starting NEO and for members of our Premium Support program we will respond next business day to your request (make sure to enter your Premium Support license information within the email). When you have not subscribed to our Premium Support program we welcome and will read your request but we cannot guarantee a response or a response time.
If for whatever reason, you cannot access NEO's Help menu, please use the email address listed below under 'How to Make a Feature Request'.
Each support request must be initiated this way. For subsequent communication on a support issue, use email reply.

Request Remote Desktop support
Premium Support members only
To optimize your use of NEO or actively assist in resolving problems, we offer remote desktop sharing support. Available to participants of our Premium Support program only. Remote Desktop credits are needed which can be purchased here. To schedule a remote desktop session, click 'Get Support' on the Help menu within NEO and complete the details after selecting the correct option. Make sure you enter your Premium Support license information and Remote Desktop credit details.
