Problem The upgrade to Windows 7 is changing certain system parameters leaving your NEO license activation to be invalid. Trying to re-activate the license after installing your NEO program under Windows 7 will fail as the license has not been deactivated first.
Solution Before performing the upgrade to Windows 7 you will have to deactivate your NEO license under the old Operating System: start NEO, go to Help | License and click 'Deactivate'.
