What's new in these builds:
Issues addressed
The following issues have been resolved:
  • For all NEO products:
    Latest update of Office 2016 on June 6, 2016 (version 16.0.6965.2053) caused fatal start-up error (Access Violation error in mso20win32client.dll) resulting in a shutdown of NEO Pro and NEO Find .
    These new builds are solving this issue.

    Please Note:
    This issue is only impacting latest update of Office 2016 (both 32 and 64 bit) - earlier Office versions are not impacted.

    An alternative to upgrading your NEO version is to revert back to the earlier 16.0.6868.2067 version of Office 2016:
    - Start an elevated Command Prompt
    - Run command: "C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun\officec2rclient.exe" /update user updatetoversion=16.0.6868.2067
    - After this go in Outlook to File tab, Office Account, click Update Options then select Disable Updates


  • For NEO Pro 6 only: On some configurations a "not a valid integer" error was triggered when starting NEO Pro - this has been solved (this solution was already released in intermediate build 6122/6123).
