Problem Starting Windows 11, Microsoft disabled the possibility to drag-drop anything to open applications on the taskbar.
So using NEO Pro or NEO Find you can no longer drag an e-mail from the message list onto another (already open) e-mail.
Solution The following are work-arounds to this issue:.
Use Alt-Tab: click an item and start the drag action; hold the mouse button and use Alt-Tab to switch to the application where you want to drop the item; once the window opens, move the item on top of it and release the mouse-button to drop the item.
Or use a 3rd party tool like StartAllBack which enables the usual drag-drop action again (not freeware though).
