Issues addressed
The following issues have been resolved:

• Latest update of June 6, 2016 of Office 2016 (version 16.0.6965.2053) caused fatal start-up error (Access Violation error in mso20win32client.dll) causing NEO Pro to immediately shutdown.
  This new build is solving this issue for NEO Pro 5.
  
  Please Note:
  This issue is only impacting latest update of Office 2016 - earlier Office versions are not impacted.
