Problem Using NEO on high resolution screens causes the fonts to become very small.
Solution
To solve this problem you can either increase font size in the NEO panes or change compatibility settings of NEO.
Increase font size of NEO panes:
In NEO go to Tools, Options then Reading Pane tab where you can change font size of the NEO panes.
Change compatibility settings of NEO:
Go to “C:\Program Files (x86)\Neo Pro” then right-click NeoPro.exe, select Properties then go to Compatibility tab.
For high DPI displays, check the “Disable display scaling on high DPI settings” to make the program look normal.
