Problem Upgrading to Windows 10 is changing certain system parameters leaving your NEO license activation to be invalid. Trying to re-activate the license after installing your NEO program under Windows 10 will fail as the license has not been deactivated first.
Solution Before performing the upgrade to Windows 10 you will have to deactivate your NEO license under the old Operating System: start NEO, go to Help | License and click 'Deactivate'.
