Problem

NEO reports an External Exception in file EMSMDB32.dll.

Description

Outlook or NEO reports an External Exception C0000006 with a signature [0008883C] in the file EMSMDB32.dll after a previous Outlook crash while opening the user profile. The one report was from Outlook 2003 running Service Pack #1.

Resolution
