Description
This may occur for a number of reasons but the net result is that Outlook has not shut down normally. The most common cause is a power failure. On the subsequent startup, Outlook reports this error in the Exchange Extensions.
Resolution
Often Outlook will self-repair this registry problem with the Exchange Extensions during the first startup after its appearance.
