Problem
The error code depends on your environment:
NEO v 2.0 and earlier - M3720
NEO v 2.5 - 80040107
This error message occurs if you change your default message store.
Resolution
Either change the default message store back to the original, or
Move/delete the current catalog to allow the new default store to be cataloged.
