Exchange 2000 - automatic sync not working (must sync manually)

Problem An underlying problem exists in the first release of Exchange 2000 that prevents NEO from receiving some events (e.g., receipt and sending of email). Some events would reach NEO while others would not.
Resolution This was resolved by Microsoft with the introduction of Service Pack 2 for Microsoft Exchange 2000. It can be downloaded from Microsoft Exchange 2000 SP2
