Problem NEO uses an invisible copy of Outlook to perform actions and execute menu commands. This error is generated by Outlook when NEO attempts to open the default message stores's Inbox in the invisible copy of Outlook.
The error code indicates that the failure is a logon error, but the error messages reported to date indicate that there is an underlying problem with the Outlook message store:
"The Exchange Server has detected that you are using an old copy of your OST file. Please delete your OST file and create a new one from the server."
"Errors have been detected in the file . Quit all mail-enabled applications, and then use the Inbox Repair Tool."
Resolution Perform the action indicated by the text of the Outlook error message.
