Error: 80004005-12: A dialog box is open. Close it and try again

Problem This error occurs when you open, forward or reply to a message and Outlook has a dialog box open
Resolution
Switch to Outlook and close the Outlook dialog box. Then retry the action in NEO.
If no dialog box is visible in Outlook, or if there is no Outlook task on the Windows task bar, it may be necessary to stop OUTLOOK.EXE using the Windows Task Manager. Remember to close NEO and all open messages before stopping OUTLOOK.EXE.
