Error: 8004010F-12: The message you specified cannot be found

Problem This error typically occurs when you attempt to open, forward or reply to a message, and NEO is out-of-sync with Outlook. The message is displayed in NEO, but is no longer available in Outlook. When Outlook cannot find the requested message, it returns one of the following errors:
Outlook error 8004010F-12: The message you specified cannot be found.
Outlook error 8004010F-12: The operation failed.
Outlook error 8004010F-12: Item cound not be found.
