Problem This problem may be triggered by a software defect. The error causes the database engine to remain in a state with a locked record when in fact no record is locked.
Resolution The Caelo team is working to resolve and eliminate this defect. Please see the work around below.
Work Around When this error occurs, this can mostly be resolved by doing a full sync/update word index after clicking away the error.
As in most cases there is no record locked, a full sync will bring NEO back in working condition.
If this doesn't solve the problem, the database engine must be restarted. There are two methods that can be used to restart the engine:
1. Close your application and restart your computer, OR
2. If you are familiar with the Windows Task Manager, you can end the process:
Close NEO.
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to start Windows Task Manager.
Click the Processes tab.
Highlight Image Name W32mkde.exe.
Click End Process. It should disappear from the list.
Start NEO.
