Problem There are two possible reasons for the problem.
For NEO 2.x where the build is 110 or less, it will occur using Outlook 2003. It has been fixed in the latest Build of NEO. See resolution below.
This problem can also occur in any version if the "Send/Receive" icon is not on your Outlook Standard toolbar or Outlook does not recognize that it is there.
Resolution if using NEO 2.x build 110 or less with Outlook 2003 Download the latest build of NEO 2.51 from our download page and install it right over your current version of NEO. All your license information and settings will be preserved.
Resolution if not using Outlook 2003 If the "Send/Receive" icon is not there, you can put it back on as follows:
Close NEO then open Outlook.
Right-click on the Outlook toolbar panel and choose Customize.
Select Standard.
Locate "Send/Receive" in the Standard menu of the Commands tab and drag it to the Standard toolbar.
Close Outlook.
Start NEO.
Click Send/Receive on the NEO toolbar.
If the "Send/Receive" icon is there:
Close NEO then open Outlook.
Right-click on the Outlook toolbar panel and choose Customize.
You will see Standard checked and the focus on it.
Click the "Reset" button at the bottom right and affirm the dialog that comes up.
