NEO isn't showing some of the message stores in your Outlook profile

Problem This issue relates to viewing multiple message stores. NEO 2.5 and NEO 3 organize messages in your default message store alone. That means you can see your messages from your Exchange Mailbox or a PST but not from both at once. Nor can you see multiple PSTs in one interface with these products.
Resolution Unified-message store capability is now available in NEO Pro. In NEO Pro you can view all your messages from across any or all of the message stores in your profile. Please note that there are still two exceptions to this. You cannot yet view either HTTP or IMAP accounts via NEO Pro.
