What do I need to get connected?
What you need is a telephone and a high-speed Internet connection. The audio portion will be over the phone and the visual portion will happen over the Internet.
How do I get connected to the webinar?
You’ll receive a registration email that will provide you with a link and password in addition to the conference call telephone number to use during the webinar.
Do I receive course material?
Yes, you will receive a pdf quick-start guide prior to the webinar. This will also be available during the webinar.
Are there advanced webinars?

What about my firewall?
Generally firewalls don’t cause a problem however; we do recommend that you turn your firewall off prior to attending a class. If you are unable to turn off the firewall you should still be able to attend the class.
Is there a teacher or is this just a script?
Yes, there is a live instructor who will be able to answer your questions (time permitting).
Will I be anonymous?
The only thing that shows up on the webinar screen is the name that you provide when you join the class.
Do I have to say anything?
Generally speaking, no. However, the instructor will ask if there are any questions.
Will there be a test?
No.
Does this obligate me to sales person harassment?
No.
Is it worth my time?
